Paint Louis is the yearly graffiti and street art event held along the Mississippi River flood wall in St. Louis. Jason Sauer from Pittsburgh, Pa. paints from a ladder to finish his mural during Paint Louis 2021 at the Mississippi River flood wall in St. Louis on Saturday, September 4, 2021. “I’ve wanted to come here for ten years”, Sauer said about participating this year, “I’m really stoked to be a part of this global event”.
